Yuxuan(Yang) Yang

Clinic Director

Remedial Massage Therapist

Yang is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with extensive experience in remedial massage and traditional Chinese massage. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Yang is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, release muscle tension, and support their overall wellbeing.

Yang combines strong clinical assessment skills with a personalised, client-centred approach. He takes time to understand each client’s concerns, movement limitations, lifestyle, and recovery goals before tailoring treatment to suit their individual needs.

​

With experience across a wide range of wellness, therapeutic, and clinical rehabilitation settings, Yang has supported clients with muscular pain, stiffness, postural tension, work-related discomfort, sports-related muscle tightness, and general stress-related body tension. His background also includes orthopaedic rehabilitation experience in hospital settings in China, where he supported patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative conditions, and movement-related concerns.

Yang’s treatment style draws on both remedial massage techniques and traditional Chinese massage principles, allowing him to provide care that is practical, targeted, and holistic. His clinical rehabilitation experience has also strengthened his understanding of injury recovery, functional movement, and the importance of tailoring treatment to each client’s needs.

In addition to his hands-on therapy experience, Yang brings over 15 years of experience in managing franchises and clinics, leading teams, training therapists, and maintaining high service standards. This background has shaped his strong commitment to professional care, client comfort, and consistent treatment quality.​​​

Ana Li

Physiotherapist

Clinical Pilates Instructor

Anna is a qualified Physiotherapist based in Australia, graduated from University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, passionate about helping people move better, recover confidently, and return to the activities they enjoy.

With a background in clinical physiotherapy and Pilates-based rehabilitation, Anna focuses on combining hands-on treatment with active exercise therapy. She believes that understanding your body is just as important as treating it, and she takes time to listen, assess thoroughly, and create personalised programs for each client.

Anna has experience working with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, with a special interest in low back pain (LBP), postural-related pain and movement impairments, chronic pain, and functional rehabilitation. She also provides one-on-one Pilates-based sessions for rehabilitation and regular exercise, helping clients develop strength, movement control, and confidence in their bodies. Her approach is supportive, practical, and goal-focused — whether you are recovering from injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or aiming to improve movement and performance in daily life.

Zhuoting (Eric) Hou

Physiotherapist

Dry Needling Practitioner

Eric Hou is a qualified Physiotherapist who graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He has strong clinical interests in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sporting and work-related injuries, and pain management, with a focus on restoring movement and physical function.

 

His clinical approach is evidence-based and patient-centred, with an emphasis on identifying the underlying factors contributing to pain, movement limitations, and functional impairment.His treatment approach may also incorporate dry needling and cupping techniques to assist with pain modulation, muscle relaxation and movement optimisation.

Eric works collaboratively with each client to develop individualised treatment plans that align with their goals, lifestyle, and activity demands. Treatment commonly combines targeted exercise therapy, movement retraining, manual therapy, and education to help patients improve strength, mobility, and confidence in their daily function while supporting long-term recovery and injury prevention.

Eric is committed to providing high-quality, safe, and effective physiotherapy care in a supportive and professional clinical environment. He aims to help patients return to meaningful activities and improve their overall quality of life.

Rozaliia KH

Exercise Physiologist

Rozaliia is a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP, Certificate N1075617, issued 03.03.2024) with over 17 years of international experience in rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and post-operative care. She hold a Master of Science Degree in Physical Education, evaluated as equivalent to a US MSc degree.

​

Her mission is to help patients recover from strokes, surgeries, musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions, restoring mobility, strength, and independence. She works with patients of all ages, providing hands-on therapy, exercise programs, and functional rehabilitation.

​

Core Skills & Expertise Clinical assessment of functional status, motor abilities, and range of motion Design and implementation of personalized rehabilitation programs Therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Post-operative hand therapy, including tendon, ligament, nerve injuries, and scar management Patient education on ergonomics, safe movement, and home exercise programs Use of advanced therapeutic modalities: Shockwave, Ultrasound, Diadynamic, Amplipulse, Magnetic-laser therapy Assistive device selection and adaptation (walkers, orthoses, custom aids) Experience with pediatric, adult, and elderly patients
